Would give zero stars if I can. Look at photos. Have experiences asthma, digestive symptoms and recently memory loss. Suspected mold in apartments and asked about getting a test done. They do not cover mold inspections. I paid $800 to have one done with samples taken from vents and bathroom where they suspected water damage. Chaetomium spores, 2nd most dangerous behind black mold were found in bathroom. Management reviewed the report and did not consider them a significant amount, even after I shared that I am paying for an Airbnb because I can not spend any time in there without constantly coughing. They will not allow me to break my lease even though chaetomium can cause permeneant damage to your immune system. The law in Texas is completely backwards and doesn’t require remediation for any time of mold with less than 25 feet of exposure. Do NOT move here, if your are looking for reasonable people. I will for sure be filing a law suit. Check pictures, this is AFTER they hired cleaners. Vents are completely disgusting, although in their words “it was considered a dangerous type of mold.” Slum words with well spoken corporate management.

I love this place , it was my first apartment living alone and I always felt very safe and secure in this area , the neighbors are very friendly and you will always see the area very clean . The best part is that the river is literally 2 blocks away, if you want to go to heb or the gym it is very close walking distance. Whenever I had problems in my apartment they ALWAYS solved it instantly, I loved that. Luisa and the team ALWAYS helped me with my questions and doubts, without a doubt the best staff, honestly in few places you find support as you find it in Mesh , thank you so much !

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! You might be tempted with the cheap[er than average] rent and the location, but this is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. They will bait and switch you, lying about the availability of the apartment to show you an online video of "a comparable unit," then stick you in an old, gross unit. This has happened to multiple neighbors, so it's not just me. CONS: - The grounds are COVERED in cigarettes, trash, and dog poop everywhere. The dog park is so covered in poop, that you can't walk in open-toed shoes without stepping in some. Every time it rains or gets slightly humid, the entire area reeks of feces. It's also infested with fleas, so don't take your dog there. - Random strangers that don't live here have access to your apartment. I've lived here 2 months, and I've had multiple people passed out and overdosing in the hallway of my apartment. I've had to call an ambulance twice from people ODing outside of my door. Management refuses to set up any additional prevention, just tells you to "call the police". People have tried to break into my apartment while I was inside 3xs, maybe more, but I wouldn't know. - Cockroaches, everywhere. I keep my kitchen clean, but the bathroom is so dark, damp, and dingy that there's always roaches scurrying around. You'll be charged a $5 pest control fee, but they don't come to spray. - $16/month trash fee to carry your own trash across the complex into a dumpster - assuming you're a considerate person and not one of the people that randomly hurls their trash bags and rotten food over their balcony. I've paid valet trash fees before, that's understandable, but never paid for the "pleasure" of discarding my own waste. - Admin fees abound. Don't try to pay rent by a credit card, it'll be $75. Even paying direct deposit from your bank has a fee, which is annoying. - EVERYTHING was broken when I moved in. A list: the handle broken off my fridge, the racks [still] missing from my oven, [still] no blinds on my windows, the tub faucet leaks and had no stopper, the toilet continuously flushes like it's possessed by a ghost, there was poop smeared on the floor of my closet and kitchen upon moving in, dead cockroaches PAINTED OVER on the walls [multiple times], holes in the bathroom door, moldy a/c unit, and an electrical outlet was catching on fire - which they didn't even replace. - The complex smells like must and mold. It's in poor condition, ripped up floors/mystery stains on the walls/stained carpet everywhere, bc they never upgrade anything. Walking down the hallway feels like you're in a horror movie and about to be murdered. - Half of the laundry units don't work or work very poorly. PROS: - Kim and Jose at the front desk are a treasure!! They're always very kind, considerate, and take pride in their jobs. I love interacting with them, but whatever they're getting paid, it's not enough. They are the only reason I haven't gone crazy here. - Mesh will sometimes have social events with free food at/catered by local restaurants. - Sometimes, they do raffles and you can win a gift card for social media interaction. Cool? I suppose? - Good location, convenience-wise. Close to downtown/Town Lake/entertainment options. All in all, save yourself the headache and trouble and look elsewhere. I was pleased to find cheaper rent, but now I understand the cost. I'm counting down the months until I can move out.

We’ve been residents for 4 months and have had flooding multiple times with no help to repair water damage. Our place constantly smells moldy and damp. We’ve had a faulty dishwasher, toilet that’s constantly clogged, ceiling fans are old and squeaky so it’s impossible to sleep with them on, and constantly killing roaches. Maintenance crew is inexperienced and unresponsive.

Do you like being woken up at 4am to the sound of raccoons fighting in your attack? Then Mesh is the place for you! Sadly I can't upload videos with my review, but I assure you the sound of these animals' screeching is not pleasant. I also have a leaky ceiling and other maintenance requests that have been ignored for 5+ months. I'm a pretty patient guy, but Mesh has broken me. Hands down the worst property managers I've ever dealt with. The office staff is very friendly, I have no issues with them. Unfortunately, kind words do not trim trees, fix ceilings, or keep raccoons out of the building. I'm counting down the days until my lease ends. (Follow up message regarding the response from Mesh) I've called the office multiple times each week for more than a month now. Everyday I'm told that "next week" it will be fixed. I still wake up to animal noises in the attic everyday. Please spend less time on Google reviews and more time on pest control.
